TKs Mix & Mash Info & Track Listing

Get Busy Mix Dancers Get Busy Mix

This is a good one - I just recently revisited this mix and found it to be a real diamond in the rough. It's got a real nice combination of remixes and mash-ups that keeps the tempo building gradually and smoothly. The real star of this show, though, is the epic Jonathan Peters' White Label remix of The Fifth Dimension's Aquarius (Let The Sunshine In). I let this one play out for over eight minutes until Rihanna steps in to release it. I just can't get enough of the way JP dubs Billy Davis Jr's scat vocals...first time I ever heard it I didn't know what I was listening to until the track started to resolve the vocals; then it just thoroughly blew me away as recognition set in. Most of the remixes, I believe came from Select Mix/Hot Tracks except where specifically noted in the playlist; and, there are excellent mash-Up contributions from Party Ben, A plus D, C.H.A.O.S Productions, X Men Project, Bobby Martini, McSleazy and a cool little ditty from The Who Boys.

Listed below are the individual tracks used in the mix - Left click a title to play it in a seperate browser; Right click to snatch and grab; or, put it in the player and stream it...
